NLP Practitioner Training:
Course Structure/Teaching Methods:
Over 7 weekends, in a friendly, supportive group environment, you
will discover simple and powerful ways of enhancing what you do in
every area of your life, personally and professionally. You will find
yourself involved and participating from the beginning. We use what
we teach. Our methodology is centred around Accelerated Learning,
with participative group interaction, as well as the presentation of
You will be expected to apply what you have been learning by creating a project. What you choose to do for your project and how you go about it will be very much up to you and the way you like to learn. We only suggest that it should involve an area that is important to you, something which can be either personal or work-related so that you can really enjoy putting it together.
We know that people learn most effectively when they are relaxed and having fun, so come prepared to join in and learn in ways you probably never imagined were possible at school!
You will learn how to:
Set clear, achievable and "well-formed" outcomes and goals.
Build and maintain rapport to develop relationships and influence and work with others more effectively.
Increase the range of what you observe in the world around you, gather specific and high quality information from people and use it to achieve your goals.
Significantly enhance your communication skills.
Change unwanted behaviours and create your own powerful state of excellence.
Design interventions to move an individual, team or organisation from a present state to a desired state.
Develop your creativity.
Present and negotiate clearly and confidently.
Use metaphor and language to motivate yourself and others.
Be more at peace with yourself.
You will achieve certification to NLP Practitioner level, recognised by the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP).
Continuous assessment of performance during the course, and the presentation of a project at the end of the training.
Participants will have some prior experience of NLP, preferably by having completed an introductory weekend (or equivalent) either with our organisation or another training company.
